St. Martin de Porres, which is an African-American parish was established in 1944. It was under the pastoral leadership of the Josephite Fathers until October 1993 when it was handed over to the priests of the Missionary Society of St. Paul known as M.S.P. Fathers. St. Martin de Porres parish is a faith-based, warm and welcoming community. Parishioners are always happy to receive visitor, friends and family members during the church services and other parish celebrations and events.
